Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags and hygienic liners, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, follow the next steps:
- Contact us at hello@suryaswimwear.com to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll - depending on your country* - send you a return shipping label and/or instructions on how to send your package.
- Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Molenstraat 87, 3600 Genk, Belgium.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. If we send you the return shipping label, you will receive a link to first pay the label after which you will be able to download the label. Kindly note that if the order is not shipped 5 days after receiving the return shipping label, the order will not be accepted as a return.

*Customers from the following countries will receive a return shipping label: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland, Latvia and Estonia.
Customers outside of these countries are responsible for organizing their own return shipping. For returns from these countries as well, a maximum return period of 5 days applies after requesting the return and receiving confirmation by email at hello@suryaswimwear.com. We strongly recommend using a track-and-trace service to monitor your return shipment. Surya BV is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately (max. 48h after reception) at hello@suryaswimwear.com with pictures and a description. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@suryaswimwear.com.
