I am not sure about the size, what should I do?

All our products are shown by different models with different sizes. With every product displayed in our webshop we also added the sizes of the models to give you the best idea of size and fit. Also the size guide can help you find the right size.

Will I not get too hot or too cold when wearing a swimsuit that is covering more of my body?

All our swimwear is made out of high-end technical fabric that features quick drying and breathability, helping your body to keep the right temperature. 

Where can I buy Surya Swimwear?

Surya Swimwear is available via our webshop. Occasionally we will be selling our products in pop-up shops or events. This will always be communicated through our official Instagram @suryaswimwear_ and newsletter.

Does Surya Swimwear organise sales?

As Surya Swimwear is a globally available brand and the sun is always shining somewhere, we are not participating in the seasonal sales cycle of fashion brands. Moreover Surya Swimwear is a slow fashion brand that believes in the value of timeless pieces that can be worn season over season. For those reasons, we do not organize seasonal sales. Nevertheless, from time to time, sales can be organized to clear our stocks.

The piece I like is sold out in my size. Will it become available again?

As we believe in the value of timeless designs that stand out season after season it is most likely that our pieces will be restocked when stocks are low.
However, we kindly ask you to click the 'Notify me when available' button on the specific product page, so we can be notified of your request and keep you informed as soon as it's back in stock.

Where is Surya Swimwear shipped?

Surya Swimwear is shipping worldwide. You can select the preferred country at checkout.

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and will be displayed at checkout. Apart from occasional actions, the cost of shipping is always on the customer.

How much time do I have to return my order and how do I return my order? 

Your purchased swimwear does not fit as expected? No problem, you can register a return up to 14 calendar days after your order has been delivered.

What can I do if I received the wrong order or if the order is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately (max. 48h after reception) at hello@suryaswimwear.com with pictures and a description. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
